Build It! Update.

What a busy few months it has been!

This year we have been:

Building at Levenshulme Market

Making stop motion animation at Burnage library

Whizzing about on an electric cargo bike from Manchester Bike Hire!

JUMBLE TRAIL

Levenshulme market has been a lovely place for Build it! to come an play, especially on a sunny day and we have managed to have mostly nice weather.

Our stop motion event at the library was brilliant and I am considering incorporating this into a new party model for next year. We will also be taking part in the libraries birthday celebrations on 28th October look out for further info soon.

Our other exiting adventure has been the electric cargo bike. This has been on hire from Manchester Bike hire through a scheme with Manchester city council that helps local business try out a bike and see if it works with their business. I have used it over two weekends so far and it has been great for getting up the hills although it doesn't fit quite as much Lego in as much as my trailer! I will be looking at trying out a few more styles so I can decide which might be best for Lego club to purchase.

Last, but not least, we have Jumble trail this weekend if you haven't heard about the Jumble trail before then check out these links:

I will be based at the KLONDYKE just off Albert Road in Levenshulme, Lego club will be there as will Lego Earrings and lots of jumble for you to buy. All funds will be put back into Lego Club.
